My password didnot work. It said "your password could not be converted during the software upgrade. Please request a new password." And I got a new password ofcourse.

Thanks for pointing it out.
The problem arises in certain cases where the username/password complexity does not match the requirement as per our enhanced security criteria.

e.g. If your password was 3 character long, and our new system needs a password of atleast 6 characters, it will disable your old password and ask you to "request a new password".
This is completely automatic process and you should get yourself a new password immediately.
Let's know if there are further issues, if any.
