The intake capacity of CET, BBSR is increased to 350 seats after a long period.

The odisha Government decided to increase the intake capacity of the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) by 350 seats from the 2013-14 academic session. The intake increase has been effected in five streams of its B.Tech and B.Arch courses of CET.
The seat strength in civil engineering and instrumentation and electronicsprogrammes has been raised from 30 to 120. Similarly, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering has been raised from 45 to 120. B.Arch also saw an increase of 20 seats, which takes the total seats in the programme to 40.
