Which private engineering colleges in Bhubaneswar(BBSR) are now in top three list? What are the admission fees of those colleges?

The Silicon engineering college and the GITA engineering college are now on the top position in BBSR. All private engineering colleges are now demanding huge amount of money (nearly equal to Rs 1, 50, 000) at the time of admission.

Where can i get the list of admission fees of all the private engineering colleges of Odisha? Are there any control of state govt over the private technical institutions?
