any one can set up adsense, blogs, websites etc these days. not to mention your seo optimization. can you describe a few methods that you use to make a website appear more in search engine. Anyone who knows deep about SEO optimization knows what it takes to be among the first ten results of google.
Talking of ecommerce, there are ready made applets available nowadays by web providers. now dont tell me i cant arrange my items.
