Anyone using BSNL's new rural broadband internet? They have some monthly plans for Rs 100, 200, 300, 500 etc. Anyone using it pls reply. I have heard that BSNL limited-usage plans are dangerous. They do wrong billing and force you to pay huge amounts. What do you suggest?

I agree with you. I've also heard from my friend that BSNL limited-usage plans are somewhat risky.
