The IT literacy course named as OS-CIT designed by(OKCL) Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited has been considered necessary for all Government employees for recruitment and promotion. This proposal has been discussed in a meeting held at Secretariet.
The OKCL( a public limited company) has taken up e-Learning, e-Empowerment and e- Governance
projects for promotion of Information Technology( IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services(ITES) in Odisha. This company has joint equity with Govt. of Odisha and Maharastra Knowledge Corporation.
