Why people do not improve in Odia moviedom???

Today I visited an Odia Movie well after I think 5 years, the last I visited a movie was "I Love You" that too at a gap of about fifteen years. And today I visited a movie "Ama bhitare kichhi achhi".
I may sound rude but the story like of the movie was repeated nth time in the movie and I found not only the script but also each and every dialogue was lifted from a Hindi movie "Socha na tha". I can say if that was a colorful picture this was just a xerox of it. I found it tasteless and colorless. The acting was literally acting and we can say overacting. (include the make up too).
The voice of the Hero and almost everyone in the movie lacked that special sparkle. The heroine and the side one (you can say the VAMP) looked immature enough for the movie.
There was a false sense of advanced and smartness in the movie while the looks contradicted the same.
Songs were ok and some songs were hummable too but till I heard them, I do not remember anyone song now. Some songs I felt were lifted from Hindi movie songs especially from the movie "Love aaj kal"".
Over all the movie was a great let down. And yet I do not know how I sat through the three hour of melodrama in the hot theater minus AC and fans, may be I wanted to write this up.
For all this who is to blame? Why the Odia movie makers are not depending on their own creations and why they are copying everything. Earlier we heard that Hara Pattnaik was king of copying, and now I am convinced that Hara Pattnaik is just one of the clan of directors who depended on others creations to make a niche for themselves.
Of course it is easy to copy and many of us were happy doing this in our school and college days.
But our Film directors and makers are well away ahead of that.
We will be still lacking on this front as only a handful of people want to keep the filmdom upto themselves and no stranger would ever dare to walk the forbidden path of film making due to the chance of failure which ofcourse is more in Odia movies that in any other regional movies.
Keeping the competition with the Hindi movie industry we are trying to make more movies but what about our own identity and our own story?
Please make a pure odia movie and show it, there are Fakir Mohan senapati and many more like him to provide you with a good story for a film.
Please learn something about Odisha first then go and make a Odia movie.
