Dear Friends,

This is the incident that has happened with me a few months back. I have purchased a Sumeet Mixie from Delhi. In the first run it went off. I contacted the service centre after atleast 3 hours excercise.And to my surprise the concerned person said that the machine I have bought is not the original one.Brand sumeet is manufactured by two brothers. So the product belong to the other company which they will not service.I sent mail to them but it bounced back. No body is bothered about it.

SO PLEASE , BEFORE BUYING A SUMEET MIXIE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING THE ORIGINAL AND CHECK THE SERVICABILITY.

I have never expected such kind of product from a famous brand like SUMEET.

it seems quite unbelievable. sumeet is a famous and old company. how could it do like this?
