Change name in lpg conection

I have a lpg conection 10 yr before, but the problem is "it was on my nick name(kuna), but my voter id name is prakash". When i transfer it to anthor distributer, they ask my id proof, i submit voter id with an afidavit (two names are same person), but he refuse to acept it. What should i do?
