How to get an e-pass for entry/visit in Odisha secretariat.

Hi, I heard from my friend that now e-pass is available to enter into Odisha secretariat. I want to get an e-pass. How can I get it?
You have to visit the following websites to fill online application for Odisha secretariat entry e-pass.
They are :http://epass.ocac.in/LoginNew.aspx (it is for new members)
http://epass.ocac.in/AddWebRequest.aspx(members having user Id and applying for new e-pass)
You can also access this link from the http://www.Odisha.gov.in/,
Once you fill the form and submit it, you will get a Request Number on the mobile number and Email Id provided by you. It will also be communicated to you through e-mail.
If you are the first time user and you don't have Odisha secretariat e-pass user Id, then in that case you've to fill the online form with your details for the first time. After submitting the form you will get your Odisha secretariat e-pass User ID. You can use this user ID any number of times to visit Odisha secretariat.
