Lawyers of Cuttack in strike against set up Benches

Lawyers in Cuttack will boycott court upto 7th October against the govt’s decision to set up Benches in the south and western Odisha. Is this strike is justified?

There are too many cases pending at courts. If there will be new benches at eastern and western part of Odisha, the pending cases would be solved in a small time period.
