Administrators please consider the following things.

1. Allow members to put their small profile photos(like in orkut).
2. Add management education section under"education".
3. Members must be appraised for their efforts.

This is already available and kindly go through the Rules once again.

Add management education section under"education".

Will definitely be added and also more ideas are welcome.

Members must be appraised for their efforts.

This is "By the Oriyas, Of the Oriyas and For the Oriyas". So we dont assure you an award for helping Oriyas.(may be possible in future).
And yes, the best working members will be absorbed as our Admins/ Mods time to time. Again we are implementing rank system to distinguish top performers.

Hey guys,
why do not u add one space for art and sculpture in the education or in the entertainment section or may be in both areas. First of all I personally believe that Our state name was UTKAL because it was well-riched in arts as the name specifies as utkrustha kalare bharpur(full of finest art) . In this way we all can show our art culture to outer world perfectly and also can interact with others.


Another suggestion

Plz specify one space for software division whoever is logging on in this site can update the recent softwares. This part can be implemented in "science and technology section".

Good point. Let's have an entire Category for Art/Craft/Literature etc. Would you help us deciding what the sub-categories would be under this?

Make it little elaborate. What are we supposed to do in that section. Please list them down so that we may implement it either as a forum or as a category.

Ok let me give u one example We have various artists in orissa and abroad from orissa . Just as Sudarshan Patnaik in sand sculpture , Various well known odissi dancers trained under Padmasree MR kelucharan mahapatra like sanjukta panigrahi we can discuss about them and their achievements. This will make the awareness about our art in outer side of our state also. One more thing also various oriya ppl are making so many art competitions abroad so we can have the remarks or their way of representations.

I am waiting for ur response.
