Easiest way for getting this resident / nativity certificate

Hello to all,
I need an advice. It's urgent. While applying for entrance exam, jobs etc, the resident / nativity certificate is always required. Getting a resident / nativity certificate is very difficult, again this certificate is valid for only one year. I want to know about the easiest way for getting this resident / nativity certificate.

The easiest way to get this residence certificates is through online application procedure. This process was begun from November 2012 .`The job was franchised to various Common Service Center (CSC) Agents. The govt. site through you apply and check your status is http://www.edistrictodisha.gov.in./edistrict/index.php

1.Resident certificate can be applied by any candidate with help of his/her parent's land document, Aadhar card, Gas Card, EPIC or any other proof of resident.
2.The candidate has to submit the filled application along with all relevant documents andRs. 3/- court fee stamps at their nearest CSC.
3.The processing and delivery of certificate will be done in maximum 15 working days.
