ferry boat dipped in Hirakud reservoir on 9th Feb( Sunday)

On 9th Feb( Sunday), an overloaded( more than 150 people and 20 motor cycles were loaded there) ferry boat dipped in Hirakud reservoir.
Thirty-one people died there. What do you say about it? The boat was loaded to double its capacity. Are there safety measures present at all
the boating places like Chilika, Konark- Puri-Gopalpur sea beach and at many other picnic spots of our state? I have seen there are so many
broken which are carrying passengers to Kalijai temple. Surely now the people will be awaken.
