First of all wish you all a very happy Utkal Divas.
As you all know Odisha has been a state since 1936 much before formation of many other big states. However despite being blessed with abundant natural resources, very good rainfall compared to many other states, good amount of fertile lands, good coastal line we are still among the poor states. How long we will satisfy ourselves by comparing with UP and Bihar. Time has come for introspection

I think it's high time Odisha Govt leave the ancient way of thinking and wecome IT industry to the state rather than sitting idle and feeling proud about the Manganese and Iron ore.
