Lipika Singh Darai(a girl of Ho tribe, Odisha) has been selected for the 61st National Film Award for 2013. She will get this award in Best Narration/ Voice Over category. She will receive this award for her voice in Kankee O Saapo (Odia). She will receive Rs 55,000 and Rajat Kamal trophy as award. Earlier she had got the 57th National Award for Best Sound Recording and Mixing, for a film titled ‘Gaarud’.

Congratulations to Lipika. It is an example of prosperity of the tribal people, mainly tribal girls.
