The founder of Seva Prayas Foundation, Linkan Subudhi( a social activist) is selected to join an International Visitor Leadership Program in USA. This is an exchange program sponsored by U.S. Government for "Gender Based Violence" subject. It is an International Project of the U.S.A since 1940.
