MCL highest tax payer in Odisha
Sambalpur: The Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has paid advance tax of Rs 400 crore for the 3rd quarter of the financial year 2010-11, 29 per cent over the last year’s figure.

Are all the private companies sincerely giving the tax to the govt?
i know,many mining industry and a number of other industry are not giving the tax properly.
the govt. should collect it from them at any cost.

MCL, highest tax payer in corporate category and paid Rs 1,900 cr as income tax in advance.
In individual category, Indrani Patnaik, the mines owner in Keonjhar is the top income tax payer of Odisha 2013. She paid Rs 185 cr to the income tax department .
