Is the orissa govt.now appointing sikhyasahayak from the untrained candidates.
In2009-10,it was advertised that untrained candidates will be posted as parateacher and
later training wii be given to them.

In this month JAN to FEB 10th ,
again ahuge number of candidates
've applied for the post of parateacher.

Some Un-trained sikhyasahayak have got the job recently.
In the application form,it was writtet that the % of matric,+2,+3 are required,but in the merit list of district web site it seems that the % of +3 marks only are taken.
