Anti-dowry pledge for students of schools & colleges of Odisha.
The Woman and Child Development Department have issued a circular to the School and Mass Education & Higher Education departments. According to this circular a pledge shall be administered to the students in schools and colleges and other institutions not to give or take dowry.

hi to all,
what is your opinion about this Anti-dowry pledge for students? I think it can not change the mentality of society about dowry system so easily.
