The Government of Odisha today banned the use of National Flag made of plastic. Orissa High Court put this judgement according to the provisions as contained in the Flag Code of India, 2002. It provides that “The National Flag of India shall be made of hand spun and hand woven wool/ cotton/silk khadi bunting and paper”.

It is a good decision of Odisha high court. Now the people of our stata can not use the national flags made of of plastic. I don't know about the other states of India obay this rule or not.
