HAPPY UTKAL DIWAS 2014 
Many many happy returns of the day "Utkal diwas" or "Odisha day" to all the odia brothers & sisters. Odisha became a separate province on 1st April 1936. To memorise that day, Utkala Dibasa is celebrated on 1st April in Odisha.
Today we have got a separate state of odia language( named Odisha) is only due to the continuous effort of some great odia freedom fighters namely Utkala Gouraba Madhusudan Das, Utkala mani Gopabandhu Das, Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati, Pandita Nilakantha Das, Fakir Mohan Senapati, Gangadhar Meher etc.
