Extreme brutality of the Anganwadi workers over a child

In a case of extreme brutality, an anganawadi worker allegedly threw hot water on a 3-year old child at an Anganawadi center in Khendura village for ‘touching’ boiled eggs kept to be cooked for mid day meal. The child severely burned with injuries near stomach and right thigh. He is now undergoing treatment.
How unhuman those people are? Those culprits should be severely punished.
