What is the response of the people of Odisha for the "Pradhan mantri yan dhan yojna?". Is this programme meant for all citizens or only for BPL people?

This programme became very papular among all the peple. From the very first day one and half crore of people all over the country and also four lakhs of people in Odisha opened their account in different banks. I think this programme is meant for all the people. The poor families, BPLs will get more facility from the govt.
