Center will again revive Talcher urea plant of (FCIL) in Odisha at a cost of Rs 9,000 crore. The production will start from 2018. It was closed from the year 2002. The plant will have a capacity of 1.3 million tonnes per annum of urea and 3.3 lakh liters of ammonia nitrate.
