Govt will spend Rs 228/- crore to upgrade Capital Hospital.

The health and family welfare minister Atanu Sabysachi Nayak said in the state assembly that Odisha government will spend Rs. 228/- crore to upgrade the Capital Hospital to a Postgraduate Institute. The govt. has already received administrative approval worth Rs.82 crore/- for infrastructural proposal. It has been planned to appoint 25 doctors in the Casualty Department(7 doctors have already been appointed).
