Today, Lacs of devotees enjoyed Bahuda Yatra in Puri. All the three chariots 'Nandighosh', 'Taladhwaja' and 'Darpadalana' have already reached their destination of Singhadwara in front the Shree Mandir. Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) illuminating the Bada Danda (grand road) as the SJTA has to gear up for the 'Suna Besa' on tomorrow.
Today, the deities were taken to their respective chariots from the Gundicha temple after the Pahandi ritual by servitors. The three deities stayed nine-day t at Gundicha temple. Puri Gajapati Dibyasingh Deb solemnized Chhera Pahanra (sweeping of chariots) ritual in the afternoon following which the devotees started pulling the chariots at around 4 pm. All the chariots of Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra and Lord Jagannath reached Singhadwara of the Srimandir.

Yesterday, one devotee died of suffocation during Nabakalebar Bahuda Yatra . He fell senseless while performing Sankirtan at the Shree Gundicha temple during the pahandi of the Lords. Immedietely he wasrushed to hospital where he died.
