Ms. Nisha Desai Biswal, Hon'ble Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs in the United States Department of State has come to odish. She has met Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the state secretariat. She also visited KIIT and KISS and get delighted .
