Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik felicitates six Olympians of Odisha in Bhubaneswar.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik felicitates 6 Olympians of the state in Bhubaneswar. Sprinter Dutee Chand, Srabani Nanda, women hockey players Deep Grece Ekka, Lilima Minz, Sunita Lakra and Namita Toppo, who had participated in the Rio Olympics, received cash award of five lacs each. Non of them have one medal for India.

EMIL felicitated six Olympians of Odisha.
To promote the sporting talents of Odisha, EMIL( an Aditya Birla Group Company) also felicitated six Olympians of Odisha on a ceremony at Hotel Sandy Tower, Bhubaneswar. EMIL gave cash prizes along with memento and other goodies to them. The sprinter Ms Dutee Chand and Ms Sravani Nanda got Rs. 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lacs) each. The women Hockey players Ms Deep Grace Ekka, Ms Sunita Lakra, Ms Namita Toppo and Ms Lalima Minz got Rs. 10,00,000 (Ten Lacs) each.
