Tomorrow (on 31st January 2018), the first lunar eclipse of the year will occur. This will be a complete eclipse. It will be visible in every part of India. Lunar eclipse will start at 5:20 pm and the main moon lunar eclipse begins at around 6 o'clock. This lunar eclipse will last up to 7:37pm in the evening. It will be visible from Asia, most of Europe, Australia, North-East Africa, North-West South America, North America, Atlantic, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific, Arctic and Antarctica.
Sutak is observed for 12 hours before Solar Eclipse and for 9 hours before Lunar Eclipse. So, before 9 or 10 hours of lunar eclipse you can take any food.
