it is to the capital 48 hrs and to any other parts of orrissa it may vary.

usually 2-3 days to towns in odisha. For interiors and villages it takes longer. Something like 10-15 days.

I have seen registered post reaching interior villages of Orissa in less than 4 days. So I dont think there are any general timelines as such.
