PRATHAMASTAMI is celebrated in all Odisha. In this day the Odias worship Maa Laxmi. They wear new dresses and eat Enduri Pithas

Today, is 26th November 2013. This year today, the Odias are celebrating Prathastami. I am a non-odia but i like this festival very much. I like Enduri pitha. I had read the discussion on Prathamastami & Enduri pitha from this site and got interested to make this item Enduri pitha. It is good, non-oily tiffin item.

This year, Prathamastami will be celebrated tomorrow( 15th Nov 2024 ). On this day, Enduri pithas will be made in all over Odisha.
