Hi,
I am not able to remember two places names. Can someone please try to find out?

place-1: A tilted temple. I think it was white in colour and a small temple. I had seen long back on tv.

place-2: A temple or something... people used to crawl inside a cave kind of opening to reach there...

I think the place-2 is the Gupteswar temple of Orissa or The Famous Baisnodevi Temple.
