It is a good news for the tourists coming to our state. The Indian Railways is planing with Odisha state government to start a luxury train like Palace on Wheels to attract foreign tourists and also to develop the state tourism. The luxury train will operate in Odisha and can connect a large number of tourist destinations like Konark, Puri, Bhitarkanika, Chandipur, Similipal,Chilika, Balugaon etc.
The Indian Railways have already five luxury trains operating in Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Karnataka. They are Palace on Wheels, Maharaja Express, Golden Chariot, Deccan Odyssey, and Heritage Palace on Wheels.

I think this plan'll be very helpfull in Odisha tourism. Many tourists including the foreigners must appreciate it.
