help to stay at Bhubaneshwar

We plan to visit Bhubaneshwar after 15 of this month to spend two or three days for sight seeing.
We want a double room accomodation in Bhubaneshwar which is easier to visit places.
I request to suggest which place is good to stay for accessibility as well budget wise.
My budget is Rs.1500 per day/room for a double bed room

In case this helps others, you can pick decent hotel rooms for 1500 a night based on the demand. AirBNB might be a good option as well.
