Odisha-West Bengal border

Hello everyone,
I live in Cuttack and wish to travel to Kolkata, my hometown.
I prefer to travel by car since it is less risky compared to train and flight (regarding covid19).
Does anyone know if Odisha - West Bengal border is open now or not?
It was sealed down about a month ago for covid19.
