ISIS militants kidnapped an Odia youth in Libya.

One Odia named Prabhas Ranjan Samal among Two Indians got kidnapped from Sirte in war-torn Libya by ISIS militants. The two are Pravash Ranjan Samal from Odisha and Ramamurthy Kosanam from Andhra Pradesh. They were working in a university in Sirte. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik directs Resident Commissioner in Delhi to keep in touch with MEA.
