Government of Orissa has been hosting an annual national Odissi festival in Bhubaneswar through Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra Odissi Research Centre (ORC) since 2007.
As per the decision taken by the Government recently, the 3rd edition of the festival will be underway in Bhubaneswar from December 26 to 29 this year and the official announcement will be made soon.
However, since the last date to apply for the festival is October 25, I thought it wise to inform the aspiring applicants through this Group.
