Odisha govt bans gutkha, panmasala from January 04, 2013

The Odisha government banned the manufacture, sale and use of gutkha and panmasala containing tobacco or nicotine. Food inspectors and inspectors of police will implement the ban in their respective areas of jurisdiction.

It's a very very good news. The gutkha & other pan masala are very injurious to health. They may cause Cacer. Always keep a distance from them.

Hey, What is the reactions now of those daily gutkha users in our state?

Like gutkha, the govt should ban the use of alcohol .
