Ingredients-

milk powder:1cup
egg white:1
baking powder:1/2tsp
Milk:1/2 liter
sugar:4tbsp
kesar(saffron):few strands
for garnishing:pistas

Preparation
1-mix baking powder, milk and add egg white
2-make a smooth dough.
3-make small balls and flatten it.
4-Bring the milk to boiling point.
5-Add sugar the kesar . boil for 5mins
6-Then carefully drop the balls into it.
7-Cook it gently for 15 minutes.
8-garnish with pista.
9-Cool and serve chilled.

So this is non-veg item? I used to think it's simply veg sweet!!! :shock:

Nah! u get pure vegetatian RASMALAI too which is small balls of rosogulla in milk. So u can always ask the store/shop u buy from how its prepared and whether egg has been used or not etc etc ....
So get of the notion that all Ras malais are made from eggs please...
