1- 2 cup Basmati rice (30 min socked)
2-1/2 cup dry roasted mungdal(15 to 30 min socked)
3-desi Ghee 2tsp
4-1 pinch hing(asafoetida)
5-1/2 tsp sugar
5-2tsp dry roasted nuts(optional)
6-salt to taste
7- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
8-1/2 cup grated coconut
METHOD

Heat da cooker den put ghee after dat hengi after 2min add socked rice
mung dal . fry 2min min then add coconut, haldi,salt ,sugar,dry nuts,fry it till for 3/4 min then add 4 cups boil water cover it . after 1 whistle keep it in sim gas for 4/5 min let it cool den serve with Dalma.......tomato Khatta..
