Vegetable Khurma

2 bada spoon watermelon seed(Tarabhuja manji)
50gm kaju,kishmis
200ml milk
2 spoon refined oil
1 onion chopped,
2-3 Dalchini kathi,Anasifula (sorry i donot know their names)
1tsp chilly powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1-2 tomato sliced properly
1 bada spoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
salt according to taste
Refined oil for frying

Vegetable needed
Potala 50gm
paneer 50gm
cauliflower 100gm
carrot 50gm
potato 100gm
French beans 50gm
green peas 50gm

Step1
Make a thick paste of watermelon seed and kaju using milk and a little water.

Step2
Cut the vegetables so that it will be cooked just by frying.I mean make small size.
Wash all the vegetables properly and fry in oil.Do not fry till brown.

Step3
Now take 2tbsp oil in a pan and deep fry chopped onion,ginger-garlic paste,dalchini,anasifula.
put the sliced tomato and continue frying.put turmeric powder,chilly powder,and the fried vegetables.
Put the paste prepared in it and mix properly.add salt according to taste.If needed add milk mixed with a little water in it.
continously stir the mixture in medium heat for about 10 minutes.If you need gravy add milk mixed with water.Donot use water alone.
sprinkle 1-2 tsp of garam masala,mix properly and cook for another 5 minutes.decorate with Kaju and kishmis.

Vegetable khurma is ready.

This is how i prepare it.If anyone who knows how to make it better than this,please suggest.
