Ingredients
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp haldi powder
3 tbsp rice flour(Chaula chuna)
1 tsp garammasala powder
salt according to taste
Oil to fry
1 big size Brinjal sliced
Method
Mix all the ingredients properly.Donot make thick paste.Add salt according to taste.coat the sliced brinjal properly with the mixture.Take 2 tbsp refined oil in a tawa.Fry the brinjals properly in low heat for 5-7 minutes.For good taste serve when hot.
Serve with "Pakhala" and onion.
