Date /courses of OTET(Odisha Teacher eligibility test) 2013

I know nothing about OTET exam, which was conducted first time from the year 2013. What are the eligibility criteria for appearing in this test? Can the candidate get the job of a teacher in Odisha govt. schools after passing this exam? When the OTET 2013 will be held? What are the courses for this exam? Can i get the old questions with their answers fro the net?
