No top 100 list 0f Matric exam from this year

The School and Mass Education department has decided not to publish the top 100 list 0f Matric exam from this year. The move is seen as yet another reform in the matric examination system which witnessed the introduction of question-cum-answer booklet and allowing students to appear exam in their own schools starting this year.
From this year students will be able to get both pass and migration certificates within 7 days of publication of results.

Will the top ten list of matric 2013 be published this year? There will not be the top hundred list but i think they will must publish the names of the students who are in top ten positions.
