The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha on Friday announced the schedule for the HSC examination 2016-17. The examination will start on 28th
February with the first language literature paper (Odia). The second language English will be held on 3rd March, Hindi or Sanskrit would be held on 4th March. Mathematics exam will be held on 6th March, Science on 8th March and Social Sciences on 19th March.

From tomorrow the Matric exam 2016-17 will be started. Board of Secondary education has put in place a three tier security system to keep vigil on the exam centers. At least fifty seven numbers of squads have been formed at district education officers (DEOs) level, 36 squads have been formed at central level while 6 squads have been formed at zonal level to check malpractice and ensure free and fair examination.
