distance B.Ed course

i finished my B.sc last year, i want to do B.ed .
Recently the B.Ed forms were selling.I found that I've not enough percentage of marks.
So,i can't apply.
pls anybody suggest me,how to apply for distance B.Ed course successfully.

I finished my graduation last year,This year also i've applied forP.G in botany,but i could not get the chance. i want to do B.ed now.
Am i eligible, when do i collect th application forms, from where,
What is the fee structure .PLS anybody Give me the address where i can collect the above details .

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) had suddenly stopped the fresh admissions in the B.Tech Distance Education courses.
IGNOU Stopped B.Tech in Distance Mode, As per the AICTE stand
