You can see mushrooming growth of private colleges in bhubaneswar. They are boasting of "Best faculty from this-that insttute", "integrated course for Orissa Jee" etc etc.
Also most of these colleges are brought in by the small to medium coaching-centres and tutorials in the city to boost business. Now what about quality?
