The last date for applying IGNOU B.Ed 2014 is 15th July 2014

The last date for applying IGNOU B.Ed 2014 is 15th July 2014. The filled in form must reach the regional centre( Bhubaneswar for Odisha) concerned on or before 15th July 2014. On the basis of entrance test to be conducted on 17th August 2014, Sunday, one can get admitted to this B.Ed course.

I can't understand, why two years teaching experience is needed for IGNOU B.Ed training?
