World famous Ratha Jatra at Puri.

This year nearly 10 lakh devotees take part in world famous Ratha Jatra at Puri. The three chariots were halted midway as the evening set in on Wednesday. On Thursday pulling of the three chariots started again at 9 am and Chariots of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra reach Gundicha Temple.

Really world famous festival. I have seen this at Puri. Lots of arrangements and pilgrimages visit their in every year.

We are all waiting for this year's Ratha Yara festival at Puri. Coming 25th June the celebration will begin.

Today, I watched Sri Jagannath Bahuda yatra( Puri) on tv & got very much satisfaction. This year due to corona pandemic, it was impossible to observe the car festival in as usual manner with lakhs of people. So the govt. observed this yatra without any devotee( even the people of Puri town also). This years Rath yatra happened only for the wish of god. Joy Jagannath.
